Violations Bureau Hours:	8:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM Fridays 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM by appointment only
Court Sessions:	Every other Thursday at 7:00 PM Court doors open at 6:00 PM Court Sessions are open to the public

To enter Not Guilty Pleas:	You MUST notify the Court at least 7 days prior to the Court date unless your summons is checked "court appearance required". Failure to do so may require you to make a second appearance.
Public Defender Request:	If you intend to plead Not Guilty and wish to have the Public Defender represent you, you may obtain the application in the Violations Bureau during business hours or at your first Court appearance. The Judge will review your request and if approved, there is a fee of not more than $200.00 for the Public Defender services. This fee MUST be paid before your trial date.

Fines are accepted in the Violations Bureau during office hours and can be made by cash, check, money order or credit card.
